Taiwan site PCADV has reportedly said that Gateway is preparing to release a rebranded version of Acer’s Ion-powered nettop, the Acer AspireRevo. Dubbed as the QX2800, this mini-desktop adopts a 1.6GHz Intel Atom 330 dual core processor and a NVIDIA Ion 9400M graphics chipset. Other specs include a 500GB Hard drive, a 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi, an HDMI output, six USB 2.0 ports and Windows Vista Home Premium OS. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment. Gateway has finally released the LT2000 10.1-inch netbook that comes jam packed with a 1.6GHz Atom N270 CPU, a LED-backlit 1,024 x 600 resolution display, a 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 160GB 5400RPM hard drive, an Intel GMA950 graphics set, a card reader, a built-in webcam, twin stereo speakers, a trio of USB 2.0 sockets, and a three-cell battery. Weighing at 2.62-pounds, the Gateway LT2000 netbook is priced at $299.99 each. The LT2001u receives a NightSky Black coating and the LT2021u comes in a Cherry Red outfit.
