These USB-powered drives are perfect for saving, storing and backing up all of the digital memories captured this summer. The inclusion of WD Sync software enables users to easily take their desktop content wherever their destination is, where the synchronization of essential personal files and Microsoft Outlook data on a PC is simplified. LG XF1 Multimedia Hard Drive

The LG XF1 is the company’s first mobile multimedia hard drive that measures at just 20.8mm thick. The device comes with a 500GB of storage capacity and a codec decoder that only reads exclusively FAT32 and NTFS. It means that the XF1 is not compatible with Mac. There are a composite AV output, a mini-USB jack, and a HDMI connector that enables you to stream HD content straight to your HDTV. Supported video formats include AVI, Xvid and the wide range of MPEGs alongside all popular audio codecs. Sadly, the LG XF1 doesn’t support H.264 and MKV codecs.
