Apple’s latest backup device ‘2TB Time Capsule‘ is finally available for purchase via Apple Online Store for $499. Boasting a 2TB of storage space, this portable device functions as a wireless router (802.11n) with simultaneous dual-band support (2.4GHz and 5GHz bands) and as a backup facility that works automatically with the Time Machine in Mac OS X Leopard. Word has it that the much anticipated Apple Tablet will be officially launched in 2010. Unfortunately, there is no info pricing so far. The giant mobile carrier Verizon apparently will release another Apple product before the year’s end. Known as the Apple tablet computer, the gadget may look like a larger iPod Touch. It supports a 9-inch or 10-inch touchscreen display and maybe a keyboard too. According to The Street, “an initial version” of the Apple tablet will be offered by Verizon Wireless, subsidized.
